Rishabh Pant becomes captain of Delhi Capitals, Will he change the fate of DC
Rishabh Pant has been given the command of Delhi Capitals in IPL 2021 after the injury of Shreyas Iyer. Rishabh Pant has become captain for the first time.
Team India’s stormy batsman and wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant has now become the captain. Rishabh Pant has been named captain of IPL 2021 by Delhi Capitals. Rishabh Pant has been given this big responsibility after the injury of Shri Yasir. It is to be noted that Sherry Air was injured during the ODI series against England. According to the news, Shree Yasir will have shoulder surgery and he will not be able to play cricket for the next 4–3 months. That is why Delhi Capitals has handed over the captaincy to Rishabh Pant.
The Delhi Capitals also had several other great players for the captaincy, including R Ashwin, Ajinkya Rahane, Shikhar Dhawan, and Steve Smith. However, the Delhi Capitals management has expressed confidence in Rishabh Pant. It is to be noted that Rishbha Pant was the vice-captain of Delhi Capitals and after the injury of Shri Yasir, he was supposed to be the captain and so it happened.
